Although once a Florida beach baby, Amanda has called Tennessee home for over a decade. While the seasonal weather and rolling, mountainous landscape are a far cry from the warmer climate and gulf-front scenery of her hometown, she takes pride in her old roots as well as the new ones she's planted in Knoxville.
From the beginning of her real estate career to present, Amanda has specialized in residential property management, through which she has become well versed in all things pertaining to property and residency in Knoxville and the surrounding areas. When not focused on real estate, whether professionally or leisurely, Amanda enjoys exploring the nearby Great Smoky Mountain National Park, attending community events, exploring the many locally owned and operated restaurants, breweries, and shops Knoxville has to offer, and more than anything, spending time with her family, including her husband, Brendan, their two sons, Myles & Riley, and their lovable dachshunds, Woodsy, & Whimsy.
