Once a Florida beach baby, Amanda now calls home to East Tennessee. While the ever-changing seasonal weather and rolling, mountainous landscape are a far cry from the warmer climate and gulf-front scenery of her hometown, she takes pride in her old roots as well as the new ones she's planted in one of Knoxville's historic neighborhoods, Fountain City.
Having entered into, and through a continued career in real estate specializing in residential property management, Amanda is well versed in all things pertaining to property and residency in Knoxville and the surrounding areas. Equally, she is experienced in providing a high quality of service and integrity to all she serves. When not focused on real estate, whether professionally or leisurely, Amanda enjoys hiking and camping in the nearby Great Smoky Mountain National Park, practicing yoga, attending concerts and community events, exploring the many locally owned and operated restaurants, breweries, and shops Knoxville has to offer, and more than anything, spending time with her family, including her husband, Brendan, their son, Myles, and fur kids, Woodsy, Whimsy, & Honey.
